About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager in Thomaston, Georgia. Experience required in Section 8/LIHTC Housing program compliance and procedures a plus.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3+ years experience in Property Management and must have a proven work record with Section 8/LIHTC and working knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills required. Working knowledge of Excel and Yardi Property Management software a plus!
